We invest in our staff by focusing on training, staff welfare, staff retention and motivation. Everyone matters to us and making sure that all of our employees are given a stimulation and progressive environment to work in and are valued for the contribution they make to our ongoing success, is a primary focus within Omnia Security.
Recruitment
We adhere to rigorous selection and screening procedures.
All staff are vetted to British Standards 7858:2019 including CRB check and must be SIA licensed holder before being offered a security position.
Staff Training & Development
Our training and staff development is of the highest standards.
We maintain a strong focus on training, as we believe it is vital if we are to continue to provide effective and highly professional staff, while exceeding our customers’ expectations. They all receive in house training and client specific skills requirements.
Regular refresher training as appropriate is also given to ensure they are able to deal with the ever-changing demands.

Counters Terrorism training
Omnia Security officers are also fully aware of the issues surrounding terrorism and a training programme is given to address the threats and to give the Security officers a thorough understanding of the nature of a threat and the best practice methodology to prevent an attack. Officers have training in ACT, which is custom-built counter terrorism training/knowledge from the National Counter Terrorism Security Office (NaCTSO), and the Centre for Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI).

Presentation is important to Omnia Security, and we ensure that all our staff wear their uniforms with pride and presence.
