Quality Policy
It is the objective of Omnia Security to satisfy the quality and delivery requirements of our customers at competitive prices. We will measure our performance in meeting customers’ requirements and work with them to continually improve the service that we provide.In order to achieve this objective, Omnia Security maintains an effective and efficient Quality Management System.
In particular, the management :
Monitors and measure the effectiveness of our business processes and company objectives through our Management Reviews and Internal Audit Processes
Monitor customer satisfaction and set objectives for continuous improvement
Analyse the causes of any complaint and take appropriate action to prevent recurrence
Ensures the availability and competence of the support resources for the core processes
Ensures that the company provides its services to all clients equally,without discrimination on the basis of colour, race, nationality, ethic or national origin
Ensures that employees and all applicants for positions within the organisation are not subjected to discrimination on the basis of their race,colour, nationality, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, social class, disability, marital status, age, family situation, gender or sexual orientation.
Provide the necessary work environment to ensure the well being of our employees and visitors
Encourage all employees to identify problems and make suggestions to improve all aspects of our working practices. These will be considered by senior management and appropriate actions taken and communicated
Ensure that all employees are aware of our Quality Policy and committed to the effective implementation of our Quality Management System
Ensure that the company complies with all necessary regulatory and legal requirements
The achievement of our quality objectives and continuous improvement is fundamental to all activities carried out within our company and is practised by all employees as an integral part of their daily work.
Equal Opportunities Policy
- The object of this statement is to confirm our aim as an employer to prevent unfair discrimination in our recruitment, selection and employment policies.
- We recognise that in order to achieve this aim, we must review our procedures regularly to ensure that individuals are selected and employed on the basis of their relevant merits and abilities.
- Additionally, Omnia Security believes that a programme of action must be implemented to make this policy properly effective and hereby gives authority to the General Manager to ensure that the necessary monitoring, record keeping, training programmes and review are properly established and maintained.
- The selection and appointment process and the make-up of the workforce will be monitored.
- It is our policy that those staff involved in interviewing and selection are given training to avoid discrimination in these processes.
- We recognise the importance of securing the co-operation of staff and their representatives to make the policy successful. We welcome their support and will review with them the implementation and further development of policy.
Health & Safety Policy
The Company’s policy is to comply with the terms of any applicable legislation or local authority conditions to provide and maintain and safe and healthy
environment for its employees. The objective of the health and safety policy is to minimise accidents or situations which might endanger the health, safety or welfare of any and all persons in
connection with the Company’s business
The Company recognises that it is responsible for ensuring so far as is reasonably practicable the health and safety and welfare at work for its employees. It will only be possible for the Company to
comply with these obligations if both its employees and any clients or other affected third parties understand that they are under a duty to take reasonable care for the health and safety of
themselves and any others who may be affected by their acts or omissions and that they are required to cooperate with the Company to enable the Company to perform its obligations.
This includes working to the Company’s rules, following safe systems of work, using appropriate personal protective equipment and drawing any matters of concern to the attention of the
management.
Any and all equipment provided by the Company is to be kept in good working order and should only be used for the purpose for which they were intended. Any defects in equipment should be reported to
the management at the earliest opportunity.
All employees should familiarise themselves with the procedures to be followed in the event of a fire or similar emergency at the premises where they are working.
Any incident which results in an injury must be reported in writing to the management.
Any employee found, or suspected to be, under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be suspended and subject to the Company’s disciplinary procedures.
Smoking is prohibited at all times during the working day.
Environmental Policy
