• Enquiries: when you use our contact forms, email or phone us, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if given) and the details of your enquiry.
• Job applications: if you apply to work with us, we collect the information you provide in your application, and the information needed for pre-employment screening to BS 7858 and SIA requirements.
• Website use: with your consent, we use cookies and analytics to understand how visitors use our website. You can accept, reject or change your choices at any time through the cookie banner.

How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide quotations and services, process job applications and carry out screening, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and improve our website. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Our lawful basis
We process your information because it is necessary to respond to your request or enter into a contract with you, to meet legal obligations (including employment and security screening requirements), for our legitimate business interests, or because you have given your consent (for example, for cookies).

Who we share it with
We only share your information where necessary, with trusted providers who support our business (such as our website host, IONOS, and our IT and email providers), screening and vetting providers for job applicants, and authorities where the law requires it. All providers are required to keep your information secure.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for up to 12 months. We keep information from unsuccessful job applications for up to 6 months. Information about employees and clients is kept for as long as required by law and our contractual obligations.

Your rights
